So who am I? Award-winning fashion illustrator who devotes her time to creating lovely feminine art and stationery. French at heart. Addicted to purses. Former couture graphic designer. Fashion Week Attendee. Amateur photographer. Tres mal French speaker. Passionate about copyright, the laws that protect it and its wide interpretation. I wear black more often than I should. Pearls are always a good idea.

What`s my 9-5? Feminine Fashion and event Illustrator. I draw and design for a living. Paula and Chlo Artist in Residence. I have been living my childhood dream since 2005. I have designed logos and sites for small businesses, creating illustrations for fashion, music and beauty companies and their events. I also work along side local designers who have turned my sketches into clothing. I have created my own line of fashionable stationery at Society6.com and my designs are licensed world wide.

I consult businesses on Search Engine Optimization, blogging, Social media branding and the new apps that support it, copyright/trademark research and contract writing. I was an uncredited (at my request) consultant for the book Online Reputation for Dummies by Lori Randall Stradtman. 

Qualifications-Studied Commercial Art for 3 years. In 2006 I continued my education and studied search engine optimization, web design and the design applications that create them. I have studied Graphic Design at The Art Institute of Pittsburgh and the prestigious Parsons New School of Design in New York City.

About me- Own a extensive collection of paper, magazines and books from 1880s to the 1950s. Mom to 5 kids (4 boys and a girl). Married to Mr.Perfect, caring for three doggies. Design Studio owner est. 2005. Love video games. Perpetual art student. I am fluent in two languages (English and Spanish) and not so fluent in 3 other ones (French, Italian, Portuguese).

What`s my style? Retro Parisian chic and Chinoiserie-French styled Chinese art. Dave Brubeck kind of girl. If I could have chosen the place and time I would have lived in, I would have chosen 1920s-50s Paris. I love beautiful typography. Collect old black and white photos. I am a sucker for a pen and ink sketch.

What award did I win?- The Christian Dior Call to Artist Sponsored by Iqons on September of 2008 and She Takes on The World Woman of the Year Award 2008  (Image Link).

Things I know how to do but prefer not to-Sew (with/without pattern), crochet, knit, cook, write, play the Cello (badly), use power tools (Jigsaws are my personal fave)...
